Welcome to our peaceful homestay in Chiang Mai!

Our property is divided into 3 main zones, allowing guests to choose the style of stay that suits them best — whether you prefer privacy, comfort, or a natural atmosphere.

This is the main area of the property, located near the swimming pool, ideal for guests who prefer convenience and easy access to shared spaces.

We are not a large hotel, but a small homestay offering a warm, peaceful, and personal experience.

คุณสามารถใช้ชีวิตแบบสโลว์ไลฟ์ เดินเล่นในสวน หรือสัมผัสวิถีชีวิตท้องถิ่นรอบๆ ที่พัก

Here, you can enjoy a slow lifestyle, walk through the garden, or explore the local way of life nearby.

🏡 กติกาบ้าน (House Rules) {#rules}

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please kindly observe the following:

🚭 No cannabis inside or around the accommodation area.
🔇 Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM.
🐾 Pets are not allowed inside the houses.
🍈 Durian is not permitted anywhere on the property due to its strong smell.
♻️ Kindly keep the area clean and dispose of garbage in the designated bins.

เพื่อให้ทุกท่านได้พักผ่อนอย่างสบาย โปรดปฏิบัติตามข้อแนะนำดังนี้

ห้ามสูบกัญชา ทั้งภายในและบริเวณที่พัก
กรุณารักษาความสงบหลังเวลา 22:00 น.
ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าในบ้านพัก
ห้ามนำทุเรียนเข้ามาภายในบริเวณที่พัก
โปรดช่วยกันรักษาความสะอาด และทิ้งขยะในจุดที่จัดเตรียมไว้ให้ โปรดคัดแยกขยะก่อนทิ้ง (ขวด, กระดาษ, อาหารเปียก)

☕ Breakfast & Beverages We would like to inform you that our accommodation is self catering and does not have an in-house restaurant. However, you can conveniently order food via the Grab app, which provides food delivery directly to our property. Important: When placing your order through Grab, please make sure to specify the delivery location as Ricebarn and rooms. This will help the delivery driver locate us easily. Without mentioning the name of our property, the driver may have difficulty finding our location. Additionally, there are several dining and convenience options near our property.

BEVERAGES : Beer, carbonated beverages, water and snack are available for anadditional fee. There is a beverage refrigerator located at the front of theproperty where you can help yourself. We use an honor system, so just write down what you have taken and pay at time of departure.
