Booking your stay at Rice Barn and Rooms is simple.
1. Choose Your Accommodation
Browse our rooms and houses, check the maximum occupancy, and choose the accommodation that best suits your group and travel plans.
2. Check Availability
Let us know your check-in date, check-out date and number of guests so we can check availability and the rate for your preferred dates.
3. Send Your Booking Request
Once you have chosen your accommodation, send us your booking details and contact information.
4. Wait for Confirmation
We will review your request and confirm your reservation, along with the information you need for your stay.
Please note: A booking request is not considered a confirmed reservation until you receive confirmation from Rice Barn and Rooms.

Once we have checked availability and your stay details, we will provide you with the payment amount, payment terms and information required to confirm your reservation.
Before making payment, please check the following details carefully:

Once payment has been made according to the provided instructions, please send us your payment confirmation so that we can verify it.

Cancellation & Booking Changes
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact Rice Barn and Rooms as soon as possible so that we can assist you according to your booking conditions.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in may be cancelled without a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in may be subject to a cancellation charge according to the conditions of your reservation.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or failure to arrive (No-show), may result in payments already made being non-refundable.
For reservations made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or another booking platform, cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the platform through which the reservation was made.
Changes to Your Stay
If you need to change your stay dates, please contact us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and the rate applicable to the new dates. If the rate for the new dates differs from your original reservation, the booking amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Early Departure
If you decide to shorten your stay or check out earlier than the date stated in your reservation, refunds for unused nights will be considered according to the conditions of your booking.
No-show
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not contacted us in advance, your reservation will be considered a No-show, and payments already made may be non-refundable.
Please note: Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the rate, length of stay, promotion or booking channel. Please refer to the conditions provided with your booking confirmation.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our property, please read our house rules before making your reservation.
Check-in Time
Please check in before 10:00 PM (22:00).
If you expect to arrive later, please contact us in advance and let us know your expected arrival time.
No Cannabis Smoking
Cannabis smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, as smoke and odours may disturb other guests.
No Durian
Due to its strong and lingering smell, durian is not permitted inside guest rooms or accommodation buildings.
No Pets
We are unable to accommodate guests’ pets at the property.
Animals on the Property
Rice Barn and Rooms is a home-style accommodation where animals live on the property.
We have dogs, cats and other animals that are part of everyday life here. During your stay, you may see or come into contact with animals in some areas of the property.
Although we love animals and have our own animals on site, guests are not permitted to bring pets to stay at the property.
If you have animal allergies, are uncomfortable around dogs, or have any concerns about staying in a property with animals, please let us know before booking so that you can decide whether our accommodation is suitable for you.
We want our guests to understand the nature of our property before they book, so they can choose a stay that is comfortable and right for them.
Parties, Events & Gatherings
If you would like to organise a party, event or gathering, or invite outside visitors onto the property, please contact us and obtain approval in advance.
Parties or events may not be held without prior agreement from the property.
Please Respect Other Guests
Rice Barn and Rooms is a small property where some areas are shared. Please keep noise to a reasonable level and avoid activities that may disturb other guests, particularly at night.
